About the Course - Premium Option
No Fluff Project Management Essentials are practical online courses for aspiring and early-stage project managers who want to deliver real projects, not wade through theory. In a series of short, focused lessons, you’ll learn how to define your role, plan using WBS, Gantt charts and simple network analysis, choose and apply Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid approaches, manage risks, issues, changes and budgets, and handle stakeholders, conflict, motivation and delegation with more confidence. Designed to fit around a busy job, the course strips out jargon and academic overload, giving you clear tools, examples and approaches you can apply immediately on your next project. With the Premium option you will receive feedback on your submitted Assignments to strengthen the skills you have learnt on the course. You will also be able to arrange two 45 minute 1 to 1 discussions about the course and your personal project management challenges.
