Hello, I’m Ian Wainwright, your course creator. I’ve spent over 35 years delivering complex projects across different industries, including rail, telecoms, infrastructure, utilities and business change. I’ve also taught project management and change management at university level, which has helped me turn real project experience into practical lessons that people can actually use.
