  • Who are the courses designed for?

    The courses are designed for people who manage, support or organise projects — or are considering moving into project work. They are suitable for aspiring project managers, project coordinators, team leaders, business owners, graduates, school leavers, career changers and anyone who wants practical project skills.

  • Do I need previous project management experience?

    No. The courses are written in straightforward language and do not assume that you already understand project management terminology or methods.

  • Which course should I choose?

    Choose Is Project Management for Me? if you are exploring whether a project career could suit you. Choose the Project Kickstart Kit if you need to get a project organised quickly. Choose the Project Coordinator Programme if you want to develop practical project support skills. Choose Project Management Essentials if you want a broader understanding of how projects are planned, managed and controlled.

  • Are the courses practical or mainly theory?

    The courses are designed to be practical. They explain the essential principles but focus on what you need to do, why it matters and how to apply it in real projects.

  • Do the courses include templates and resources?

    Yes downloadable templates, practical tools and activities are part of each course. These include templates that are linked to the lesson e.g. action logs, project trackers, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs, weekly updates, stakeholder plans and planning tools. The resources included are listed on each course page.

  • How are the courses delivered?

    The courses are delivered online through Thinkific. You can access the lessons using a computer, tablet or smartphone and work through the material at your own pace.

  • How long will I have access?

    The access period is a minimum of 2 years and varies by course. It is shown on the individual course page. During that period, you can revisit the videos, lessons and downloadable resources as often as needed.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    All 6 main courses have a certificate that you will receive on completion. The certificate confirms that you have completed the course but is not the same as a regulated professional qualification.
