FAQ

  • Q1: Who is this course for?

A: It’s for aspiring or early-stage project managers — especially “accidental PMs” who’ve been asked to run projects alongside their day job. If you want structure, clarity, and practical tools (without the waffle), you’re in the right place.

  • Q2: Is this suitable for complete beginners?

A: Yes. It’s built for beginners and people new to formal PM. We start simple and build up step-by-step, with practical examples and tools you can use immediately.

  • Q3: What will I be able to do by the end of the course?

A: You’ll be able to plan and run a project with confidence: define scope, build a workable plan, manage risk/issues/changes, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders — without drowning in admin.

  • Q4: What’s covered (high-level)?

A: Core PM essentials: project lifecycle, Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid, planning and scheduling (WBS/Gantt), estimating and capacity, risk/issues/changes, stakeholders and comms, and leading teams (delegation, motivation, conflict).

  • Q5: How long does it take, and is it self-paced?

A: It’s fully self-paced. You can complete it quickly or spread it out around work — and revisit lessons whenever you need a refresher.

  • Q6: Do I get lifetime access?

A: Access is included for 2 years from enrolment. That gives you plenty of time to work through the course, apply it on real projects, and come back for refreshers as you grow in the role.

  • Q7: Does it include practical templates?

A: Yes. You’ll get practical templates and examples to help you plan, track, and communicate clearly — so you’re not starting from a blank page.

  • Q8: Is it theory-heavy? What does “no fluff” mean?

A: It’s practical. “No fluff” means we focus on what you actually use in real projects — clear steps, usable tools, and decision-making — not jargon or filler.

  • Q9: What’s your refund policy?

A: Refunds: If you enrol and decide it’s not for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no hard feelings. Include your name, the email you used to purchase, and your order details so we can sort it quickly
