These Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of pinestar.thinkific.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and access to our online course No Fluff Project Management Essentials (the “Course”). By using the Site or buying/accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase/access the Course.
1) Who we are and how to contact us

2) Definitions
“Consumer” means an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
“Content” means all Course materials (videos, text, downloads, templates, slides, quizzes, certificates, etc.).
“You/your” means the person using the Site or purchasing/accessing the Course.
3) Thinkific platform
The Site and Course are hosted on Thinkific. Platform availability, log-in features, and hosting are provided through Thinkific. Your use of Thinkific’s platform may also be subject to Thinkific’s own terms/policies.
4) Eligibility and account security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and purchasing the Course.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5) Licence and permitted use
When you purchase the Course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your own learning during your access period.
You must not:
share your login or allow others to access the Course using your account
copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, publish, upload, or broadcast Content
remove copyright/watermarks or claim our Content as your own
use the Content to create a competing course/product (unless we agree in writing)
6) Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Site and Content belong to Pinestar Ltd. (or our licensors). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
7) Acceptable use
You must not use the Site or Course in a way that:
breaks any law or regulation
is abusive, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
introduces malware or attempts unauthorised access
disrupts or interferes with the Site/Course or other learners
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this section.
8) Ordering, pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout on the Site.
Payment is processed via Thinkific Payments and/or PayPal.
You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method you provide.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or becomes subject to a chargeback, we may suspend access until resolved.
9) Access term, course changes and availability
9.1 Access term (2 years)
Unless stated otherwise on the Course sales page at the time of purchase, your purchase provides access for 2 years starting from the date of purchase (“Access Period”).
At the end of the Access Period:
your access to the Course Content may be removed, and
we are not obliged to continue hosting or providing access unless you purchase again or renew (if a renewal option is offered).
9.2 Course updates and changes
We may update, improve, or modify the Content to keep it accurate and useful. We may also add, remove, or replace lessons/resources. This does not reduce your statutory rights.
9.3 Availability
We aim to keep the Site and Course available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
10) Cancellation and refunds
10.1 Consumers: 14-day cooling-off (where it applies)
If you are a Consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase in certain circumstances.
10.2 Digital content and immediate access
The Course is supplied as digital content/services delivered online. If you are given immediate access within the 14-day cancellation period, the legal right to cancel can be affected once supply begins, where the law allows and the required consent/acknowledgement is obtained.
By purchasing the Course for immediate access, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once access begins (where applicable).
10.3 Faulty content / not as described
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If the digital content is faulty or not as described, you may have legal remedies.
10.4 Discretionary goodwill refunds (optional)
Unless required by law, refunds are at our discretion. If you offer a specific guarantee (e.g., “7-day refund”), add it here.
11) How to cancel (where cancellation rights apply)

your name
the email used for your account
the name of the Course
a clear statement that you want to cancel
Model cancellation text:
“I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of No Fluff Project Management Essentials.

12) User content (if enabled)
If the Course allows you to post comments, assignments, or other materials (“User Content”):
you remain responsible for your User Content
you must not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or confidential (unless you have the right to share it)
you grant us a licence to host and display your User Content as needed to operate the Course and provide support
13) Disclaimers
The Course is for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, HR, or regulated professional advice.
We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, revenue, or career impacts from using the Course.
14) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
any liability that cannot legally be limited
Subject to the above:
If you are a Consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us, but not for loss that is not foreseeable.
If you are buying for business purposes, we exclude liability (to the fullest extent permitted) for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Course or Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (unless the law requires otherwise).
15) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
you breach these Terms
we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised sharing
required for security or legal reasons
On termination, your licence to use the Content ends.
16) Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Site is also governed by our:

17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Site with the updated “Last updated” date. Changes won’t affect completed orders, except where required for legal or security reasons.
18) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Consumers may also bring claims in their home courts where applicable
